While serving as the founder and Overseer of ATN Global Ministries, God gave Chief Apostle Neal an even higher calling to walk in the Apostolic Anointing as a true Apostle; meaning the son of man has no place to lay his head.
Chief Apostle Neal knew then that his job in the Kingdom was not inside the four walls of his church but was rather to EDIFY, men and women of God, to believe what God has spoken over their lives, EQUIP them with the knowledge and tools to live a consecrated lives, one that was pleasing to God and EMPOWER them to walk out their God given calls on their lives, by providing counsel and resources where needed.
Through this personal ministry God has given Chief Apostle Neal and even higher mandate to snatch our young men of the streets and place Men back in their rightful place in the Home, the Community, in the work place and the church.
Chief Apostle Tevin D. Neal is the Founder of ATN Global Ministries, which serves a wide variety of community needs, such as Never Forgotten Prison Outreach that serves both those incarcerated and their families, Project Compassion which provides basic household goods, shelter, food & clothes to those who are in need as well and Save Our Sons, a mentorship program for under-served males ranging from 13-25 years of age.
Chief Apostle Neal started his ministry in 1991 as Co-Pastor of Power House Community Church, in Los Angeles, California. He went on to pastor his own church, Under the Blood Outreach Ministries, for 6 years in Lancaster, California.
He obtained his International License from PAW in 2000 and his Bachelor's Degree in Biblical
Christians Studies from Regent University in 2007.
God moved Chief Apostle Neal to Dallas, Texas in 2011 to assist a fellow pastor in a church plant.
While in Texas, he has had the honor of delivering the word of God at the Potter's House,Pantigo Church, and many other churches and leadership conferences throughout the United States.
He also had the honor of completing a 14 day mission trip in Info Town, Nigeria where many souls were brought to Christ under his teaching.
On July 27,2021 Chief Apostle Tevin Neal was elevated by God to the office of Chief Apostle and affirmed by his spiritual father, Chief Apostle Lionel Childress, Sr of Childress Deliverance Temple, Marshall Tx.
Chief Apostle Neal has been walking in the true anointing of the Apostolic. He and his wife Apostle Nadia Comanechi Neal have been sent to leaders in many churches; to edify, equip, and empower them to build the body of Christ.

Chief Apostle travels to various churches to preach & teach the gospels. His focus is teaching on the Apostolic Ministry from the Book of Acts, End Times Teaching, & Leadership Building. Chief Apostle Neal, along with his wife also teaches & counsel leaders in the area of Biblical Marriages.
Chief Apostle Neal is a visionary and through his leadership, sound teaching and motivational preaching, God is transitioning people from church to the Kingdom. Chief Apostle Neal has shared some of his wisdom in his first published book titled Authority Is Delegated Power – A
Man’s Guide To Walking In His Divine Destiny.
Chief Apostle Neal and his wife, Apostle Neal, have 6 children and 1 Grandson, alongside numerous spiritual children that God has blessed them with along his journey.
Along with preaching the gospel, Chief Apostle is a husband, father and a cancer conqueror. God healed him of cancer in 2011.
Chief Apostle Neal’s heartfelt cause is not to raise cancer awareness but to raise Jesus Awareness as the same God who healed him will also heal others and that starts with having awareness.
In his 33 years of ministry, Chief Apostle has planted 8 Churches and held many Apostolic house seats.
In July 2022, Chief Apostle was awarded The Humanitarian Award for over 30 years in ministry and The International Leadership Award for commitment & dedication to preaching the Gospel by The Gospel Train Radio Network & Church, Overseer Bishop Shane Paisley, Palm Bay, Florida.
It is his heart’s desire that God will use him as a modern-day Ezekiel causing dry bones to live again.
